Abolish the word "Minority" from College Scholarship eligibility!

In the United States today we all form a part of the minority. What the definition of minority stood for in the United States a century ago no longer applies to the modern day United States. We are all part of the minority now!!
Eligibility for all scholarships should not be determined by a student's ethic background but should be based solely on their merits.
